Shipping Location Coverage: Alilease currently ships to physical residential and commercial addresses within the United States. P.O. Boxes may be accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on courier restrictions and package dimensions.

Delivery Services & Tracking: We partner with trusted carriers to ensure quality delivery service and end-to-end shipment tracking. Orders may ship through one or more of the following national carriers:

All shipments include a tracking number that is sent to the customer once the order has been processed and shipped. Tracking may take several hours to activate within the carrier’s system.

Business Days: Monday – Friday (excluding federal holidays)

Orders placed before the cut-off time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next applicable business day.

6. Order Cut-Off Time Explanation

The 5:00 PM EST cut-off time ensures orders received before this point enter the processing queue for the same business day.

Order Placed: Tuesday @ 3:45 PM EST → Ships same day
Order Placed: Tuesday @ 6:30 PM EST → Ships Wednesday

7. Tracking Information & Notifications

Customers receive a notification email once their order has shipped. Tracking status may take several hours to update depending on carrier scanning schedules. Notifications may include carrier, tracking number, tracking URL, and ship date.

8. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete shipping information. Alilease is not responsible for delivery delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect addresses, unsecured environments, refusal of delivery, or carrier access issues. Re-shipment fees may apply to returned packages.

9. Carrier Delays & External Factors

External conditions such as weather, capacity issues, labor disruptions, or holidays may affect delivery timelines. Delays due to such conditions are not eligible for refunds or fee reimbursement.

10. Failed Delivery, Lost Mail & Stolen Packages

If tracking indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, customers should investigate locally, contact the carrier, and contact Alilease Support for assistance. Resolution depends on carrier investigation policies.

11. Order Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted before fulfillment begins. Due to fast processing, cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact support at support@alilease.com.

12. Multiple-Item Orders

Multi-item orders may ship separately depending on inventory distribution. Tracking will be provided for each package.

13. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Returned, refused, or undeliverable parcels may incur additional fees for re-shipment or handling. Case-by-case resolution applies.
