At Alilease, we work to process and fulfill orders quickly so customers can receive their apparel and footwear without delay. To maintain efficient handling and shipping timelines, we allow a limited window for order changes and cancellations.

This Cancel / Change Order Policy explains how and when order changes or cancellations can be requested, as well as any conditions that apply.

1. Order Processing Timeline

Orders placed on alilease.com begin processing shortly after submission.

  • Order Handling Time: 1 business day
  • Shipping Cut-Off: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday
  • Shipping Days: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

Once processing begins, products are packed and prepared for shipment, and at that stage changes may no longer be possible.

2. Requesting an Order Cancellation

We accept cancellation requests within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered fulfillment or been shipped.

To request cancellation, contact our Support Team immediately with:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email associated with the purchase
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, the order may be eligible for a return once delivered, according to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Requesting Order Changes (Address, Items, or Quantity)

We allow changes to orders within the same 2-hour window after purchase for the following modifications:

  • Shipping address corrections
  • Contact detail corrections
  • Item size, color, or style changes (based on availability)
  • Quantity changes
  • Full order replacement

Change requests must be submitted promptly. Once processing or shipment begins, we are unable to modify order details.

4. Address Errors & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address causes:

  • Delivery delays
  • Failed delivery
  • Loss of package

Alilease is not liable for replacement or reimbursement. If a carrier returns an undeliverable package, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

5. Shipped Orders Cannot Be Modified

Due to carrier requirements and fulfillment speed, we cannot stop or redirect an order once shipped.

Tracking information will be emailed when the order departs our facility.

6. Orders Marked as “Final Sale”

Certain items may be designated as “final sale” or equivalent at checkout and cannot be cancelled once purchased, including promotional, clearance, or limited-run products.

7. Failed Payments / Verification

Orders flagged for payment irregularities, fraud protection, or verification may be automatically cancelled. Customers will be notified if additional information is required.

8. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Refund Timeline: Within 10 business days
  • Refund Fees: No restocking or processing fees

Refund timelines may vary by financial institution.

9. How to Submit an Order Change or Cancellation Request

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email used at checkout
  • Detailed request (cancel or change type)

We respond promptly during support hours, but timing cannot be guaranteed outside these hours. If the request is submitted after the allowed window, we will advise next steps.

10. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancel / Change Order Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting to this page.
