Shipping charges apply separately from the product price. Alilease's standard shipping rate is a flat fee of $6.99. Taxes and applicable fees are calculated during checkout before the order is completed.

Placing & Accepting Orders

When you submit an order through Alilease, you are making a request to purchase the selected products under the information presented at checkout. An order confirmation indicates that the order information has been received; it does not prevent Alilease from addressing situations such as inventory limitations, payment issues, pricing errors, or other order-related problems.

We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be successfully authorized, an obvious pricing or product information error occurs, or an order appears fraudulent or abusive.

If Alilease cancels an order after payment has been submitted, any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable refund procedure and returned through the original payment method where possible.

Payment Terms

Alilease currently accepts PayPal as the available payment method. Payment must be successfully authorized or completed before an order can proceed through the normal fulfillment process.

By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment information provided through the applicable payment process is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment processing may be subject to the separate terms, conditions, and policies of the applicable payment provider. Alilease does not control the internal processing procedures of an external payment service.

Shipping & Delivery

Alilease provides standard shipping for a flat rate of $6.99. Orders are handled within 1 business day, followed by an estimated carrier transit time of 2–6 business days (total delivery timeframe of approximately 3–7 business days).

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with a daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery may be completed through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information is included and provided once the shipment has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, holidays, high shipment volumes, and other circumstances outside Alilease's control may affect the final delivery date.

Returns & Refunds

Alilease accepts eligible returns within 60 days from delivery. Customers must contact our support team before returning an item to receive the proper return instructions. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must be in an appropriate condition for return, without excessive wear, damage, stains, or alterations, and include all original tags and packaging. Exchanges are supported based on product availability.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 days after the returned merchandise has been inspected and approved. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Alilease charges no return processing or restocking fees.
